The organisation’s strategy, development and activity is undertaken in line with this charter, and is overseen by a board of Directors made up of six non-executive and executive members – the latter are employed by Social Enterprise Kent.
The board of Directors, which meets quarterly and are tasked with the organisation’s strategy and governance, is made up of experts in finance, personnel, health & social care, small business management and education. The members of the board have worked across all three sectors – public, private and voluntary, community and social enterprise sectors – bringing a valuable breadth of experience and knowledge to the organisation.
