11:00 – 12:00 Get Your Business Visible on Google

What you will learn: For anyone who wants to get their business more visible online. We cover creating a listing for your business on Google Maps and provide training on how to monitor and maintain your website’s presence on Google My Business. You’ll learn how to use the Google My Business platform to manage your business presence on Google.

Learn to create compelling content and develop a tone of voice that’s right for your business.

What you will learn: For small business owners and aspiring social media marketers who want advice on how to develop a tone of voice that suits their business on social media. We’ll cover writing techniques for when space is limited online, and how to respond to customer comments and complaints on social media.
